- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitatio n number W91248-06-Q-0006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. Acquisition is set aside for small business concerns . The NAICS Code is 813110 and the small business size standard is $6.0 Million. Performance period is for one 12-months base period and two(2) 12-months option periods. Anticipated start date is on or about 1 December 2005 through 30 November 2006 (bas e period). Offers are due not later than 3:00 P.M. 28 November 2005. All responsible concerns may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. Submit offers to Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, DOC, ATTN: Elissa Jones, 2172 13 ? The Government may make multiple awards to the responsive and responsible offerors whose offers are most advantageous to the Government considering price and non-price related factors. The FAR provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable (evaluation factors are Technical (Experience) and Price. Technical factor is significantly more important than Price. A minimum of one year of clerical and administrative experience is required. The successful offeror must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors are instructed to submit completed copies of FAR Provisi on 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offers and resume showing experience in the following areas: clerical, administrative experience working with Church Organizations, computer skills, and experience providing cu stomer service.
