- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico is soliciting information for potential sources that can provide Brand Name or Equal for a Ultra-Drive 3 Ultrasonic Revision System which has the properties of an ultrasonic cement and implant removal technology;large array of tool tips for acetabular and femoral applications;cemented and porous implant removal and unparalleled intraoperative surgical latitude.Equipment must include a Control Panel with the following features:main power control;ultrasonic power display and control;handpiece technique display; volume display and control;diagnostic faults; footswitch;handpiece and peristaltic pump. Also, an InstrumentTray that includes the irrigation clip;slide hammer;hand piece and a double wrench with a shipping case and Package set to be included.The accessories are double sided wrench, EZ AIM3 irrigation Clip plug puller adaptor(T-Handle)and a 1lb.Slide hammer.This equipment also include a complete choice of tip extenders: 180mm,120mm,60mm,7degreesM/F,5degreesM/F,3degree M/F,straight 180mm M/F.Also include a tool for every job this are acetabular gouge,5.0mm reverse curette,6.0mm hoe,6.0mm plug puller,8.0mm gouge, 9.5mm knee osteotome,6.5mm straight knee osteotome,6.0mm long straight osteotome,6.0mm long curved osteotome,7.0mm long porous gouge, helix tips and disk drills.Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.This is not a request for quotation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award any contract.Responses shall be e-mail: Minerva.Alonso@med.va.gov.TELEPHONE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
