- The Northwest Mountain Region is preparing to award a contract to Charles Industries for Channel Bank Fiber Optic Equipment. The decision to award is based on Market Analysis done by the FAA to standardize a Channel Bank system. Contracting Officer is Patricia A. Workman, 425-227-2863.
