- Description
- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Office of Acquisitions (OA), Acquisition Management and Operations Branch (AMOB) is seeking sources that can provide comprehensive support for the Division of Intramural Research (DIR) and the Vaccine Research Center (VRC) scientific, management, administrative, and technical activities, in Bethesda, MD. Offerors must be capable of providing qualified and experienced personnel to support a full range of activities, including new and in-process projects, program deployment and implementation, on-going management and operations, administrative and financial support, and any other activities necessary to the conduct of NIAID business. Support under this contract will include, but is not limited to the following labor categories: Senior Staff Scientist, Staff Scientist, Junior Staff Scientist, Senior Medical Officer, Junior and Senior Research Associate, Laboratory Technician, Administrative/Management Specialist, Executive and Administrative Assistant, Senior and Junior Financial Analyst, Software Developer, Project Manager, Administrative and Scientific Program Manager. NAID intends to award a one year contract beginning on or about March 15, 2006 with the option for four additional contract years. The NAICS code is 541990. The solicitation will be posted to www.fedbizopps.gov for download on or about December 1, 2005. No hard copies of the solicitation will be distributed.
