- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), seeks to procure administrative services for completion of duties involoving indexing funded Referral and Program Analysis Branch (RPAB)grants, contracts, and intramural projects to proof coding and completed reports. Tasks to be required, but not limited to, are as follows: 1)Continue coding scientific data for funded projects into the CHIRP database; 2) Continue with scientific programmatic assignments to individual branches; 3) Proof coding and reports in several diseases/disorders catagories; 4)Utilize the CHIRP database for coding and report and errors that may occur to UHD for analysis. This is set aside for a small business. A statement of work will be attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ) package. Responsible vendors that are capable of providing NICHD with the services described above may request a copy of the RFQ in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-06-631 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is December 15, 2005. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 774C, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 Attention: Marlene Mireles. Fax quotations must contain offerors names, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative.
