- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard Research & Development Center (RDC), Groton, CT is seeking proposals for Administrative Support. The contractor shall be the receiving point for RDC mail and special delivery packages (e.g. FedEx); collect and distribute mail, messages, faxes, etc.; type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents; review, edit, organize, and file documentation supporting RDC technical, management, and contractual functions; greet and assist visitors who have appointments to meet with RDC staff; answer incoming telephone calls and take and deliver messages to unavailable personnel; work with simple spreadsheets; and perform other clerical duties and administrative support functions. This acquisition is set aside for small business hubzone. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110 and the size standard is 6.0 million.
