Description

Provide all necessary labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required for Boat Haulout Repair, USCG Sector Buffalo, New York. Major items of work shall include the following: A. Relocate steel superstructure boat haulout pier to new pile supported foundation. B. Demolish existing boat haulout pier steel piles and caisson. C. Demolish portion of existing timber sheet pile bulkhead and concrete cap. D. Install new 24? diameter steel pipe piles for relocated boat haulout pier. E. Install 105 linear feet of new PZ-27 steel sheet pile anchored bulkhead, associated soil anchors, concrete cap and slab on grade apron. F. Backfill between existing and new bulkhead with select structural fill and pressure grout closure between new bulkhead and existing bulkhead. Unit Work Item A. Install additional 33 linear feet of PZ-27 steel sheet pile anchored bulkhead, associated soil anchors, concrete cap, select backfill, pressure grout and slab on grade apron. Unit Work Item B: Install additional 24 linear feet of PZ-27 steel sheet pile anchored bulkhead, associated soil anchors, concrete cap, select backfill, pressure grout and slab on grade apron. Unit Work Item C. Install additional 24 linear feet of PZ-27 steel sheet pile anchored bulkhead, associated soil anchors, concrete cap, select backfill, pressure grout and slab on grade apron. The period of performance is 150 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
