- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems, 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT 05491, on an other than full and open competitive basis for commercially-available onboard Integrated Mechanical Diagnostics System (IMDS) for production and retrofit requirements of existing MH-60 Romeo and MH-60 Sierra helicopters. These items will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, ?Acquisition of Commercial Items.? Support of the IMDS integration and operation, including sustaining engineering support, logistics support, production support, spares, parts and any nonrecurring related support will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, ?Contracting by Negotiations.?
