- Facilities maintenance services at Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 December 2006 through 30 November 2007, with four one-year option periods, and phase-in period 1 September through 30 November 2006. Services include buildings and structure s maintenance, HVAC system maintenance, dining facility equipment maintenance, surfaced area maintenance, self-help services, range maintenance, railroad maintenance, and utility system maintenance, less privatization pieces (electrical system and waste wa ter have been privatized and gas distribution and water systems are scheduled to be privatized in October 2006). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 561210 applies to this requirement, with a small business size standard of $30 m illion. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 January 2006 with offers due on or about 21 March 2006. The solicitation will contain site visit information.
