- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Golfnetting06. This solicitation is subject to Funds Availability. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The requirement is for: 0001- To tear down and remove old barrier netting and poles. To supply all new materials and install new perimeter netting for Breckland Pines Golf Course driving range that includes the following specifications: Left side 200 meters long by 15 meters high Right side 200 meters long by 15 meters high All posts used will be made of galvanized steel, primed and finished in green. Posts will be driven into the ground and set in 3 meters of concrete. Netting will be 28 mm square knotted mesh constructed from UV stable polyethylene. Netting will stretch from the top 15 meters high to within 2 feet of the ground being attached to bottom wire fencing. This will not allow balls to roll under, and will also not incur damage from rabbits. Contractor will provide all equipment needed to remove old fencing as well as provide all equipment to install new fencing. Additional Information ? Vendor must supply full specification with quote and must also include delivery costs and lead times. All items shipped FOB Destination to RAF Lakenheath UK . The NAICS code for this Acquisition is 713910. Delivery date for all items will be announced should the funding be available: Location is Breckland Pines Golf Course, RAF Lakenheath, Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 9PN, UK. Far provision at FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies to this requirement. If quote is for an ?equal? product, specifications of the item must be included in quotation. Far provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this RFQ with the following addenda: paragraphs (h) and (i) of this provision do not apply and change paragraph (c) from 30 calendar days to 60 calendar days. Far provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this RFQ with the following addenda: Paragraph (a) is filled in with (1) Price and (2) Technical Capability of the item to meet the Government needs; paragraph (b) does not apply. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, without addenda and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, without addenda, applies to this acquisition (including: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52,222.37and 52.232-33).
