- DESC: PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. WPAFB Construction Project ZHTV 04-040009A/B. Period of Performance is 180 days. NAICS CODE: 238210. Size Standard $12M. This is an unrestricted acquisition: Full-and-Open competition. Project requirements: Install/Repair Lighting East Ramp, WPAFB OH. Estimated Cost of Proposed Acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-704 ?Required Central Contractor Registration,? Contractor must be registered in CCR prior to award: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/scripts/index.html or 1-888-CCR-2423. Scope of Work: To furnish all materials and perform all labor required to provide high-mast lighting on the east ramp to illuminate the apron area to acceptable levels; to remove existing high-mast lighting poles and luminaries on the east ramp in the vicinity of Facilities 30206, 30152, and 30143; to provide new high-mast lighting to illuminate this portion of the east ramp to acceptable levels. NOTES: 1. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available on the World Wide Web on or about 23 Nov 05, at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil 2. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. You may, however, download and print the file from the web site. 3. There is no fee for this solicitation. 4. There are approximately 22 pages of the solicitation, 205 pages of specifications and 11 sheets of drawings. 5. A hard copy of the solicitation will be available for review at Dayton Builders Exchange, Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program, and F.W. Dodge Division. 6. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addenda that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 7. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 by the proposal closing date specified in the solicitation. There will not be a public bid opening. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors. FA8601-06-R-0016 is a WPAFB Construction Contracting (PKC) program. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category Z129 - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property program/other airfield structure.
