- UNICOR, intends to enter into a Requirements type contract. For BUTTONS, UNICOR Part No # (See Solicitation). The period of performance will be three (3) years. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Oakdale, LA., and USP Terre Haute, IN. The Delivery Order Minimum is (See Solicitation). the Delivery Order Maximum quantity is (See Solicitation). Delivery Acceptance is 45 days for FCI Oakdale, LA, and 30 days for USP Terre Haute, IN., after Receipt of each Delivery Order. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance (On time Delivery), Quality, Technical Factors, and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. All interested and responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer, which will be considered. No telephone request will be honored.
