- ***THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS TO AUGUST 1, 2005***USDA, APHIS, PPQ has a requirement for a general contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary to provide and install a package wastewater treatment system at Moore Air Base in Mission, TX. Work includes site preparation and equipment installation. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications and permit. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Davis Bacon. This procurement is set aside for small business under NAIC 237110 in accordance with USDA policy. This procurement will be awarded as a fixed price contract. It is anticipated that a single award will be made. A copy of the solicitation, APHIS 05 023, is to be released on or about June 3, 2005 on the FBO website. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals will be due no later than 2:30 local time on July 22, 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available in this office for review. This solicitation replaces previously issued solicitation APHIS-04-029. All parties interested in responding to solicitation APHIS-05-023 should monitor this site for the solicitation and amendments which may be issued. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JUL-2005).
