- The amendments posted provide draft sections of the RFP. The final RFP is expected to posted by the end of the year. Please provide vendor comments and/or questions to the Contracting Officer at jackie.pinkston@mail.va.gov. There are some duplicates of sections posted due to problems posting from BOS to Fedbizops. Note: If you cannot respond by 19 Sept 05 I will accept questions/comments until the end of the month.
