- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is soliciting to procure laboratory testing services, including test reports on water samples for the Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, DC for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation package may be downloaded from the USACE web site at https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. Your firm must be CCR registered to be considered eligible to receive an order with the Federal government. That website is ccr.gov.
