- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-06-T-0001. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20051011. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform all the requirements contained in the Statement Of Work (SOW), dated 4 November 2005. This requirement is for the lease , installation, and operation of the following equipment:10? x 14? Rear Screen, 2(two) LCD Projector?s with 6500 Lumen, .8in Lens. Est. Set/ Strike and operate video labor, Sound & Lighting system , EAW Line Array System, 16- cabinets flown, 120 K of lights plus MOLEPHASE. Est. Labor for Lighting and Sound, 8-Station/ 2 channel wireless communication, EXT. Labor & rigging hardware for back-up. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
