This is solicited as 50% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 1716 DR. This is being solicited with a 100% Quantity Option. QPL Applies. NATO SYMBOL O-156/0-152. Unit 18/18 Gage Drum Contains 55 Gallons. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Government Lot Acceptance Testing is required. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-23699F. BASIC DTD 97 May 21. Amend NR DTD Type Number Class C/I. I/A/W Std NR MIL-STD-290F. REFNO DTD 00 Jul 17. Amend NR DTD Type Number II Shelf Life 36 Months. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 196 applies. Requested delivery is 110 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ?
