- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6660-00-914-2545, YPG05252000873, Balloon, Meteorological in accordance with, Kaymont Consolidated, Cage: 0JEA8, P/N 105G. No other sources are listed in the AID. This is a Definite Quantity Contract with a base and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price. The base quantity is 4236 each. Award decision will be made based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is November 22, 2005.
