- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 9,572 rentable square feet in Kingston, New York within the following delineated area: North: Route 209 South: City limit of Kingston East: Rte 9W to Rte 32 (Flatbush/Albany Aves) to Albany Ave to Pearl Street West: I-87 The space should yield minimum of 8,397 BOMA usable square. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
