- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for a service agreement for a performance period of date of award through September 30, 2006 for re-bristling intaglio wiper tank brushes (see attached drawing). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 and 13 shall be used. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-06-0109. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP Loading Dock at ?D Street, between 13th & 14th Sts., S.W. Washington, D.C. Delivery is requested within 30 days after receipt of order. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF 1449 or company letter head. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If these items are available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due November 21, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Quotation may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Procurement Room, 708-A Attn: Lorraine Wilson 14th & C Sts.
