- The NAVAIR Orlando Training Systems Division has a requirement for P-3C Device 2F179A Tactical Operations Readiness Trainer (TORT) spare parts. These spare parts must be form, fit, and function replacements. No drawings or specifications are available. Substitutions are unacceptable. NAVAIR Orlando TSD intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a contract to the original equipment manufacturer, Control Products Corporation, 1513 W. Jefferson Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051-1144.
