- U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to award a sole source contract (modification) for training for eight USAF personnel using a XM-101 mounted Lenco Armored Vehicle BearCat. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to the manufacturer of the present XM-101 system , Recon Optical Inc. located in Barrington, Illinois. See Note 22.
