- Support Services for Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System Draft RFP See attached solicitation. Note that proposals must be submitted no later than 15 Nov 05, 4:00PM EST. Clarification: The RFP has been posted at PIXS with a status of "pre-solicitation" and a "draft" watermark on the documents. The "pre-solicitation" status is an attempt to fix a communication problem between PIXS and FBO, and the documents are marked as drafts only because legal review has not been completed. We do NOT anticipate any changes to any of the documents. Once the review process is complete, we will convert the status of the posting to "released RFP" and remove the "draft" watermark from the postings. However, we went ahead and posted the RFP in draft status to give offerors as much time as possible before the 15 Nov 05 response date to prepare their proposals.
