Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201 is desires to lease sufficient rentalbel square fottage to yield 12,000 to 15,000 usable square feet in the following delineated area: North: 8 Mile Road South: Jefferson/Fort Steeet/Oakwood Blvd. East: 1-94 to Chalmers to jerfferson West: Southfield Freeway This space will be used as a Residential Rehabilitation and Treatment Center. The space must be on no more then two floors and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space if completed by March 1, 2006. On-site parking for 25 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Rooms for sleeping, shower and bath facilities, jkitchen, dining area, community room, offices, landry room and storage space is needed.
