- Description
- This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. NAIC code is 238210 - $12M. The FAA, New England Region, Currently has a requirement for the construction of a Remote Transmitter/Receiver (RTR) site at Manchester Airport, Manchester, NH. The work includes, but is not limited to: Preparation and layout of site - site grading - installation of equipment shelter foundation and RTR tower foundations - access road construct/paving - install government furnished RTR tower and associated equipment - install government furnished equipment shelter - cable insallation, etc. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This will be winter construction. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Estimated price range is $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about the week of November 17th, 2005. Contractor must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the installation of a RTR site or installation of a site of similar complexity. There is a $100.00 non-refundable fee required for this solicitation package. All checks must be made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing, include a check and mailed to Maureen Gross, FAA, 12 New England Executive park, Burlington, MA 01803.
