- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm-Fixed Price, Small Business Set-Aside for Psychiatric Services for hte Fort Berthold, I.H.S. Clinic in New Town, North Dakota. The services will be provided on the second and fourth Thursday of each month during a regular clinic day. A clinic day is defined as the six-hour period between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. including a one hour lunch break. The period of performance will be January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 with one option year. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside purchase order. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be November 19, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is December 5, 2005.
