FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP E03. Government First Article Testing is required. Requested delivery is 375days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 100% option. Requirement will be solicited using Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Requested quantity is 41 each for the base and option quantity. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
