- The purpose of this amendment is to remove the requirement for an SF 1449 as part of offeror's proposal. The revised solicitation is attached. The original announcement is as follows: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service has a requirement for nutrient analysis for the Nutrient Data Laboratory, Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see solicitation uploaded immediately following this announcement to download the solicitation and attachments.
