- Notice of intent to increase the ceiling and extend the period of performance for contract N65236-04-D-3119 for AN/USC-60A Terminals and AN/USC-60A Hub Terminals with L3 Communications Corporation, Satellite Networks Division, Hauppauge, NY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This increase in ceiling of $20M for the period 31 December 2005 through 31 May 2006 will be issued to satisfy the agency???s needs during this period until a competitive contract takes effect.
