- The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland on behalf of the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory intends to award a sole-source standing order to Dakocytomation, 6392 Via Real Carpinteria, CA 93013 for immunohistochemical stains and reagents to be used with the laboratory's S3400 Autostainer Universal Staining System. This Acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY06 Funding. See Note 22.
