- This is a notice of intent to solicit for Dual Dielectric Resonator Oscillators, NSN: 5865-01-268-2002EW, a component of the AN/ALQ-161A Electronic Countermeasures System. These items were last manufactured by EDO Corporation under part number 445657-1. Physical dimensions are height: 2.88 inches, width: 1.0 inch, depth: 3.75 inches, weight: 0.5 pounds. The next higher assembly is NSN: 5865-01-239-8983EW. The initial requirement is for 2 first articles to be delivered 250 days after contract award. Three annual options are envisioned that will include a quantity range of 1 to 6 additional units in each of the three option years. The inital effort will require the submission of a first article test plan and test report.
