Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Comprehensive Sanction Center services for male and females in the Farmington, Missouri area. Counties: St. Francois/St. Genevieve for Comprehensive Sanction Center services to provide care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Comprehensive Sanctions Center (CSC), Revision 1, December 2000; Revision 2, August 2001; Revision 3, November 2001; Revision 4, May 2002; Revision 5, October 2003; and Revision 6, May 2005. An indefinite delivery requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one-year options is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the two year base period is 16,813, Option Year 1 is 8,760 inmate days, Option Year 2 is 8,760 inmate days and Option Year 3 is 9,125 inmate days, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about December 2, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-0891-NC will be on or about February 2, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for solicitations will be accepted.
