- The USDA Forest Service, Region 2, has a requirement for services to remodel HVAC for Rolls Royce Dorm at Golconda Civilian Conservation Center, 3 miles South of the Intersection of State Highway 34 and State Highway 146 on Forest Road 119, Pope County, IL 62938. This request for proposal is designated as a Small Business set-aside. NAICS code: 238220. Size standard is twelve million. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Work for this project consists of making modifications to the existing mechanical system to accommodate interior modifications in one building. The interior modifications, electrical, and fire detection work will be performed by student crews from the Golconda Job Corps Center. The performance period is two (2) years.
