Configuration control applies, contractor first article is required. Will result as an IQC, est base year 113 each; option years 108 each. 100% small business set-aside, fully open and competitive, FOB destination, I/A origin, 30 days for the FAT and 40 days for the production quantities. There is a surge requirement. Item is critical, but not CSI.
