This is solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 1100 BX. The item description reflects P/N M1001/MILITEC-1. MILITEC CORPORATION, CAGE 0KXE0 and P/N SLIP 2000/GPL6001, SPS MARKETING, INC, CAGE 3E1X6. Unit Box contains one hundred 1.0 FL OZ Plastic Bottles. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 31 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ? November 7, 2005 ? with a closing date of November 30, 2005.
