- Items to be purchased on this procurement are NSN: 6230-01-357-2175 and NSN 6240-01-362-4902, which are sole source to Seitz Scientific Industries Inc (0ST81) part numbers are FL-5 Light, Lip, Special and ML-8 Flashlight, Finger. Numbered Note 22 applies. This procurement will be solicited as a long term contract with a two year base period and three 1 year options periods. The annual estimated quantity for NSN 6230-01-357-2175 FL-5 is 14,340 each. The annual estimated quantity for NSN 6240-01-362-4902 ML-8 is 12,500 each. . Material will be delivered FOB Destination to stock points at New Cumberland, PA and/or Stockton CA and/or directly to military customers located through out the continental United States. Delivery is requested in 30 days for delivery to stock; delivery is requested in two days for priority 01, 02, and 03 deliveries directly to military customer; delivery is requested in five days for priority 04 thru 08 deliveries directly to military customer; and delivery is requested in twelve days for all other priority deliveries. Acquisition is Unrestricted Procurement. This procurement will be evaluated on low price technically acceptable offers received. Anticipated award date is December 05, 2005 All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DSCP. Solicitation was issued 11/03/2005. Solicitation close date is 11/10/2005.
