- See numbered notes 1,9, and 26. DESC: CASE MAP VINYL, ZIPPERED CLOSURE NSN: 8460-00-287-2137 / 8460-00-287-2140. Destinations (W25G1U) Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA and (W62G2T) Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA. There will be SIX deliveries to each location 90 days after date of award. Quantity: 2,300 each for 8460-00-287-2137 and 1,400 each for 8460-00-287-2140. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The actual RFQ, with information and specifications, will be available on the Gateway after November 18, 2005. Please note that all dates are estimated. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. A first article of 3 each will be required 45 days after date of award. Contractor must be CCR registered and have a Cage Code, call 1-800-227-2423 or go to http://www.ccr.dlis.mil------- Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification on this solicitation. **********INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETRIEVING SOLICITATION (REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS) Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after November 18, 2005. From the Gateway home page, select Search RFQ, from the left-hand sidebar. Then chosen the RFQ you wish to view. In addition you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
