- Description
- The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is issuing amendment to clarify some questions received from industry in response to the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) VS-05-07. Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) will not be known at the time of your proposal, but should be known before award of any contract under this solicitation. All Offerors that submit a proposal under this solicitation are made aware of the Potential OCI requirements of this procurement. Large Business are not required to submit a subcontracting plan with their proposal, but if selected for award will be required to submit a subcontracting plan in accordance with FAR 19.704. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-SEP-2005).
