- PR: RD050830130000, NSN 1660-01-399-1768, Harshell Assy, Oxygen Mask, P/N G010-1181-14, Manufacture IAW SA-ALC Dwg G010-1181, Rev "B" and applicable supports. There is a Government FAT requirement on 3 each. Item is critical, but not CSI. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), base year est. quantity is 502 each, option years est. quantity is452 each. 100% small business set-aside, fully open and competitive, FOB destination, I/A origin, 60 days ARO for FAT, 72 days after first article approval for the production quantities. An "Export Control" TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certifies requestors. Eligive requestors should submit TDP request via the following website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If export control certification is required, request a DD form 2345, military critical technical data agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil.
