- PR: RD050210090000, Support, Anti-icing Tube Inlet, NSN 1650-01-170-5205, IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopte Co., cage 8v613, DWG 7-311670307 Rev "B" & AMCOM cage 81996, PP 7-311670307 Rev "A" dtd 20oct04, P/N 7-311670307. Configuration Control applies, item is critical, but not CSI. There is a contractor first article testing requirement. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, base year est. quantity is 700 each; each of 4 option years is 700 each. 100% small business set-aside, fully open and competitive, FOB destination, I/A origin, 60 days for the FAT, 193 days for the production quantities. An "export control" TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the followiong website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/trdmd. If export control certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, military critical technical data agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. A copy of the solicition will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
