- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Tactical Intrusion Detection System which was posted on 7/7/05. You are notified that the following changes are made: The purpose of this modification is to dissolve the small business set-aside for this solicitation. Solicitation NNK05115729R is open and the response date is 4:30 PM local time 11/28/05. Proposals must be received by this time by: Emily M. Unbehaun/ OP-OS NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center Kennedy Space Center, FL 32899 All other terms remain unchanged. Please ensure submission of all required portions of proposal as outlined in Sections L and M of the attached Solicitation. Also, please submit completed Representations and Certifications in Section K. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
