- Multiple award term contract for the US Attorney's Offices, Miami, FL. Beginning January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2006. All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under the contract must be located within a 50-mile radius of zero milestone of Miami, FL. Quality Level IV is required. These specifications cover litigation copying (including color copying) of court transcripts, trial exhibits, checks, photos, and various forms of discovery. Most of the orders are labor intense litigation copying, however, occasional orders may be for routine copying ? no glasswork. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 200 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 1 to 30 copies per order. NUMBER OF ORIGINALS: 10 to 50,000 pages. TRIM SIZE: 8-1/2 x 11" and 8-1/2 x 14". Deliver f.o.b. destination to the Miami, Fl area. Complete production and delivery is required within 25 hours to 30 days, including Saturday and Sunday. Contractor's plant MUST be available to pickup, produce, and deliver work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued.
