- Description
- The US General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 40,000 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of between 33,000 and 36,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of quality office space in Newark, NJ. Lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. This space is to be located within the following delineated area: Eastern boundary: Garden State Parkway, Western boundary: New Jersey Turnpike, Northern boundary: Interstate 278, Southern boundary: US Route?s 1&9 from Interstate 287. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purposes of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
