- This Solicitation is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQ) to begin on date of award thru January 2, 2007. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQ period. Note: Item J on Page 2 of RFQ states that letter of certification that vendor?s product conforms to the MIL-S-40626D Vibration factor listed in 4.5.1 is required when submitting quote. The original signature first sheet should be first faxed to 817-978-0002 and then sent with the rest of the RFQ package to the following: GSA, Fire and Industrial Acquisition Branch 7FLA1 (A6), 819 Taylor Street (6A06), Ft.
