- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a bureau of the Treasury, intends to issue a one-year fixed price sole source contract to Vision Service Plan (VSP) for OCC employees vision coverage. This synposis is for information purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source" and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation will not be issued.
