- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-06-063 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. This action is unrestricted. The NAICS is 812930. The small business size standard is $6.0 Million. STATEMENT OF WORK: The Bureau Of The Public Debt on behalf of The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General (OIG), has a requirement for the rental of four (4) parking spaces for the period of November 2005 through September 30, 2006. The contractor shall provide parking spaces that have twenty-four hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges and self-parking. The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of: 400 Virginia Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024. Award will be based on technically compliant low price. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their offers.
