- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to KBA-GIORI S A for the FlowSys system for proprietary data acquisition software package purchased in conjunction with KBA currency printing and processing equipment. For fiscal year 2006. This Procurement action is for parts and service in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1.
