- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA requires 35 total bulkhead assemblies conforming to Navy drawing 6935022 Rev F, and associated dwgs: PL6935022 Rev F, 2498572 Rev J, 2502805 Rev K, 2505406 Rev G, 2505435 Rev F, 2505780 Rev F, 2505811 Rev J, 5893780 Rev B, 5905690 Rev G, 6300859 Rev A, 6813119 No Rev (with SCN 1 dated 6/6/98), 6935023 Rev B, 7052638-1 Rev B and 7053271-3 Rev A. Distribution of drawings is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. All vendors requesting drawings shall provide a copy of DD form 2345 with their request. Additional information regarding this program may be obtained at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. NAICS code 332721 applies with 500 employee size standard. This requirement will be negotiated on a full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR part 13. Delivery requested is Dec 16, 2005. Partial delivery and final delivery offers other than Dec 16th will be considered. Offers shall reflect FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Due to urgent delivery requirement, this solicitation will be released concurrently with this announcement. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. This request for quote (RFQ) will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil?NECO/solicitation.htm) on or about 3 Nov 200 5. Award will be made on, or about 18 Nov 2005. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set f or receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, (3) manufacturer information of proposed items and (4) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Phone requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. Numbered notes 1, and 8 apply.
