- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to solicit Detroit Diesel, 515 11th Street SE, Canton OH 44707-3811 on a sole source basis for spare and repair parts for the MK V Special Operation Craft (SOC) and MTU boat engines. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts will be procured to support engine/propulsion systems used for the MK V Special Operation Craft (SOC) and MTU boat engines. Procurement of OEM parts is required to maintain the warranty status of the supported systems. These systems are commercial items originally produced by and under warranty by the manufacturer. A commercial item purchase order is anticipated. Delivery date will be established at the time the order is placed. The parts will be delivered to the Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, Special Boat Team Twenty, Bldg 119-VA, 220 Schofield Rd, Suite 100, Norfolk Va. 23521. NAICS Code 333618 applies. SBA Size Standard is 1000 employees. FSC is 2815.
