Description: This is a Notice of Intent to do a Sole Source Procurement with Robert Baldauf. The Contractor will work in the Department of Interior's Office of Budget, Washington, D.C. The contractor shall provide the following deliverables to the Office of Budget. Coordination of Program assessment Rating Tool Reviews. Use special expertise and knowledge of the Department's Budget and the Office of Law Enforcement and Security in the coordination of the Department's multi-bureau Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART) review of the Department's law enforcement programs. The period of performance will be from date of award till Sept 30, 2006. There will be no Request for Quotation. See Note 22
